Questions

Holiday parties, corporate mixers, buyouts and game day groups. The short answers, with a coordinator a phone call away for the rest.

Does Gantry Arena host corporate events and holiday parties?

Yes. Gantry Arena in Lower Queen Anne hosts corporate mixers and happy hours, company holiday parties, game day buyouts, convention and conference after parties, fundraisers, team offsites, client dinners, birthdays and reunions. Groups run from a 20 person client dinner to a full venue buyout for 400 guests, and every booking comes with a dedicated event coordinator.

How many guests can Gantry Arena hold for a private event?

Three options. A reserved section holds up to 75 guests. The covered patio or a partial buyout holds up to 150 guests. A full venue buyout takes up to 400 guests. The coordinator will recommend the right fit for the headcount.

How much does a corporate event or holiday party at Gantry Arena cost?

Packages start at $45 per guest for a reserved section, $65 per guest for the patio or a partial buyout, and $85 per guest for a full venue buyout. Those figures cover food and drink and are quoted before the 20 percent service charge and Washington sales tax. Every event is quoted to the actual headcount, date and menu, so ask for a custom quote.

Is there a room rental fee?

No. Instead of a room fee, each space carries a food and beverage minimum that depends on the space and the date. Weeknights are the lowest, Friday and Saturday run higher, and Climate Pledge Arena game or concert nights and December dates are priced as peak. If the group spends less than the minimum, the difference is billed as a room charge. January and February are value months with the lowest minimums of the year.

What is included with every event?

A dedicated event coordinator from the first call through breakdown, presentation AV on the house screens and projectors, custom food and bar packages built to the headcount, and setup and teardown of the space.

What food can we serve at a private event?

Menus are built around the room by the same kitchen that serves the bar. Options include house made pizza by the pie, shareable appetizer boards, a build your own buffet, plated or family style dinners, dessert bites and a late night snack pass. Signature items include wood fired pizza, the meatball sub and the house mac and cheese.

What bar packages are available?

Hosted open bar by the hour at three levels: beer and wine, house full bar with well cocktails, or premium full bar with call and premium spirits. Drink tickets, hosted on consumption and cash bar are also available, along with a signature cocktail feature, a sparkling toast and a non alcoholic station with soda, coffee and mocktails. Bar favorites include craft cocktails, the nitro espresso martini and the Gantry Paloma.

Can we run a presentation or put our logo on the screens?

Yes. Presentation AV on the house screens and two projectors is included. Add a wireless mic and PA for speeches, a branded screen takeover that puts your logo or content on every screen in the venue, an on site AV technician, or a livestream feed for hybrid events.

Can we add entertainment and decor?

Yes. Add a DJ, a photo booth with attendant, a trivia or game host, live acoustic music or an event photographer. Decor options include a holiday or themed decor package, custom signage and a step and repeat backdrop, linens and centerpieces, branded napkins and coasters, and favors or swag for guests.

Is the patio available in winter?

Yes. The patio is covered and heated with its own outdoor bar, so it is open year round, rain or shine. It is a popular choice for December parties and cocktail receptions.

Can we book on a Kraken game night or a concert night at Climate Pledge Arena?

Yes, and it is one of the best nights to be here. Gantry Arena is steps from Climate Pledge Arena and hours extend with the arena schedule. Game and concert nights carry peak minimums because the venue fills on its own, so book those dates early.

When should we book a December holiday party?

As early as possible. December is the busiest month of the year for private events and dates book out early. A 25 percent deposit holds the date.

What are the deposit and payment terms?

A 25 percent deposit holds the date. The final guest count is due seven days before the event, and billing is based on the guaranteed count or the actual count, whichever is greater. A 20 percent service charge applies to food and beverage, and Washington sales tax of 10.55 percent applies to all charges including the service charge.

Can we bring our own cake or dessert?

Yes. Outside cake or dessert is welcome for a small per guest service fee. Dessert bites from the kitchen are also available.

Can we start early for setup or stay past closing?

Yes. Early access for setup and teardown and late extensions past closing are available as add ons, billed by the hour. Tell the coordinator what the schedule needs and it will be built into the quote.

Where is Gantry Arena?

415 1st Ave North, Seattle, WA 98109, in Lower Queen Anne, steps from Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center. Guests headed to a game or a show can walk over after the event.

How do we book or get a quote?

Fill out the event request form at gantryseattle.com/parties with the date, headcount and location, call 206.268.0318, or email info@gantryseattle.com. The coordinator follows up with availability and a custom quote.

Can we book Gantry Stadium or the food truck instead?

Yes. The same request form covers Gantry Arena near Climate Pledge Arena, Gantry Stadium across from Lumen Field in Pioneer Square, Sid's Tavern in Pioneer Square, and The People's Burger food truck for catering. Pick the location on the form and the team follows up.
